Purpose of job
This is a wide-ranging role that would suit a marketing generalist keen to hone a variety of skills. Its purpose is to support Dolfin’s marketing efforts and will involve maintaining our digital channels (website and social), managing thought-leadership production, running our advertising campaigns, and reporting KPIs to senior management.

While taking direction from the CMO and lending support to the Product Marketing function, the role will interact closely with the Sales, Wealth Management and Investment Management teams as main internal stakeholders.
Has budget responsibility of
Responsible for the regular updating of our website with content that will include news, research and blog posts – and its promotion on Dolfin’s social channels.
With the support of our web agency, take the lead on enhancements to our website and the creation of new pages as needed.
Brief our in-house design function on the creation of digital assets for use across our channels.
Work with internal stakeholders and our content marketing agency to coordinate the production of our thought-leadership content, including a weekly blog post and a quarterly printed magazine.
Manage ongoing advertising – online and in print – based around Dolfin solutions and content – designed to raise awareness, drive traffic to our website and generate leads.
Be responsible for tracking the Marketing function’s key performance indicators and compiling reports for senior management on a monthly basis.
Help with the production of our programme of client events.
Be responsible for logistical arrangements around our presence at various industry conferences.
Work with our PR agency in obtaining timely responses to media enquiries from our spokespeople and pursuing media opportunities.
Skills & abilities
Fluent English – verbal and written
Excellent copywriting in finance and/or tech
An affinity for digital marketing
Around three years of experience in marketing, ideally in a wealth or asset management environment with demonstrable experience of
- copywriting for digital marketing assets and campaigns;
- managing website using a CMS and social media channels;
- managing external agencies; and
- working in a structured and formal marketing environment
Marketing or business studies degree
Confident and self-sufficient
Entrepreneurial with a desire to be accountable and make a difference
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
Flexible and comfortable with a broad variety of duties that may change at short notice
