Frieze Week event: Art collecting today

Ahead of Frieze Week in London, we hold an exclusive art evening featuring a talk by an acclaimed art advisor and curator Aphrodite Gonou, held at out offices and followed by a private reception at a restaurant in Mayfair.

1 October 2018, 18:00 / 50 Berkeley Street, London, W1J 8HA

The art world is notoriously opaque: Art Collecting Today will provide a guide to collecting contemporary art and an informed opinion on the names of tomorrow. Whether you are just thinking about beginning a collection or want to get ahead of the curve in terms of new directions and currents, our event will provide a unique opportunity to ask an independent expert and meet fellow art aficionados.

Discussion topics

• Where to find the most innovative art from the world’s leading and emerging artists?
• Which established and new-generation galleries are worth keeping an eye on, both at Frieze Art Fair and beyond?
• What turns a gathering of works into an outstanding art collection?
