With an audience of 100+ delegates that predominantly includes wealth managers, asset managers, family office and private banks, Invesco’s annual Multi-Asset Symposium nurtures topical discussions on investing.
On 20 June, Dolfin CIO Vassilis Papaioannou will join a panel that also includes Trevor Greetham, Head of Multi-Asset at Royal London and David Semmens, Head of Investment Strategy at leading UK digital wealth management service, Wealthify, to examine the current state of markets and politics, and how this translates into portfolio positioning. Vassilis will focus on how geo-politics might impact investment returns. The panel – chaired by Paul Jackson, Head of Multi-asset Research at Invesco Powershares EMEA – will cover a range of issues including upcoming elections, populism, nationalism and the end of multilateralism, along with the risk of military conflict.
In addition to this, the conference will offer some breakout sessions, covering various topics such as Fintech and Multifactor Investing, and will conclude with a speech from Dr. David Stillwell from Cambridge University who will be discussing the topic of ‘Psychometrics – behaviour and big data’.
