September 2020 investment update

Dolfin wins ‘Excellence in Client Service’ at the annual International Investment Awards

Dolfin was recognised for our outstanding client service at the 20th annual International Investment Awards.

On Wednesday night at a ceremony in London, we were proud to win the award for “Excellence in Client Service, Europe”, a recognition of the commitment we have for our international clients.  The award, decided by a panel of independent judges and informed by online voting, recognises the ‘one-stop-shop’ nature of Dolfin’s client service whereby we regularly go beyond what clients might expect from a conventional wealth manager. For example, Dolfin clients have access to private capital markets as we provide private clients the opportunity to get involved with promising companies at a pre-IPO stage.

CEO Denis Nagy also highlighted our advisory for non-custody clients service as “another unique offering” with clients providing Dolfin with feedback stating the ideas presented to them are more interesting and tailored to their circumstances than the ones they get from the established private banks.

Denis concluded that “I am delighted with yet more recognition from our clients and peers for the strides we are making in the industry” attributing the success down to three factors: “agility, diversity and technology.” With the win being the latest in a string of recent success for Dolfin that has also seen recognition from Wealth Advisor for ‘Best International Clients Team’, the Magic Circle Awards for ‘Innovation of the Year’ and recognition in PAM Insight’s annual list of 40 high-achievers under 40, for our COO, Amir Nabi.
